C Medical Company Deployment Ceremony
Honoring Racine's Heroes
Date: September 8, 2024 Time: 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Location: Festival Park, 5 Fifth Street
Join us as we celebrate the dedicated men and women of C Medical Company (Medical), 132 Brigade Support Battalion, 32d Infantry Brigade Combat Team, US Army National Guard, as they prepare for deployment.
About the Event:
The Racine-based C Medical Company is mobilizing to serve our nation. This send-off ceremony is a chance for the community to support these dedicated soldiers and their families.
The event will include:
- Inspiring Guest Speakers (details to come!)
- Award Presentations and Promotions recognizing C Med's accomplishments.
- Family Fun Zone featuring:
- Rock Climbing Wall
- Football Toss
- Puggle Pit
- Bouncy House
- Delicious Food and Beverages
This is a free, family-friendly event open to the entire Racine community. Come meet C Medical Company, show your support, and wish them a safe and successful deployment!
Detailed Timeline:
- 10:00 am - 11:00 am: Event Setup
- 11:00 am - 12:00 pm: Community Arrival (Open to the Public)
- 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm: C Medical Soldiers and Families Arrival
- 1:00 pm: Guest Speakers and Presentations
- 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Send-off Celebration and Family Fun Zone
- 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Event Cleanup
