Festival of Trees Sponsorship

Festival of Trees: Tree & Wreath Decoration Policy

1. Standard Decoration Guidelines

Self-Decoration: By default, all sponsored trees and wreaths must be decorated by the sponsoring organization.
Creative Freedom: Sponsors choosing this option are responsible for providing all design materials, including ornaments, tree skirts, toppers, and specific themed elements. (Note: All trees are pre-lit, but additional lights may be added if desired.)

2. Volunteer Decorator Option

Alternative Service: If your organization lacks the time or resources to decorate your sponsored tree or wreath, you may request a designated volunteer decorator to handle the design and setup on your behalf.
Decoration Allowance: A $150 Decoration Allowance will be provided directly to the volunteer to compensate for their time and material expenses.

3. Sponsorship Integration & Fees

Mandatory Payment & Inclusion: Sponsors opting for the volunteer decorator service must pay the decorator fee and include it directly with their sponsorship package during registration or checkout.
Seamless Coordination: Once the fee and sponsorship are processed together, event organizers will pair your sponsorship with an available volunteer decorator and coordinate the setup timeline.
