Racine River Fest

Get ready for the Racine River Fest on Saturday, August 2nd, 2025! This all-day community extravaganza along the scenic Root Riverfront offers something for everyone, from thrilling races and delicious food to captivating entertainment. Best of all, it supports multiple local non-profits.

Morning Events

• 8:00 AM: Breakfast Buffet at the 5th Street Yacht Club.
• 9:00 AM: Cardboard Boat Race building begins at Harborlight Yacht Club.
• 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Root River 5K! Starting at Festival Park. Lace up your shoes for a scenic run.
• 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM: Dinghy and Boat Display at Riverside Marina.
• 10:30 AM: Rubber Duck Race at the 5th Street Yacht Club (purchase a duck to participate!).
• All Day: Midwest Boating Company offers kayaks, paddle boats, and jet ski rentals at the Bridge Tender
• 11:00 AM (Start): Dragon Boat Races at the Chartroom/Bridge Tender. Cheer on the Racine Area Dragon Boat Clubs as they battle it out in scrimmage-style races on the Root River.
• 11:00 AM: Food Trucks are available at Harborlight Yacht Club

Afternoon Activities

• 11:00: Lunch Specials available all day at the Yardarm
• 2:00 PM: Cardboard Boat Race begins! Team up for this fun and innovative competition. Sign up at racinecardboardboatrace.com. @ Harborlight Yacht Club
• 2:00 PM: Racine Regatta @ Racine Yacht Club.
• Chartroom/Bridge Tender:
  • 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Classic Car Show.
  • TBD: Dueling Pianos.
  • Culver's: Enjoy custard scooping at the Car Show.

Evening Festivities

• 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Carbliss Tasting Tent at the Chartroom
• 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Culinary Adventure & Live Music! Local businesses along the Root River will showcase their signature dishes and vibrant music at various locations, offering a delicious peek into Racine's culinary scene. Support various charities while you indulge!

  • 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Festival Park comes to life - Harborside Concessions open! 
  • 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Yard Games
  • 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Concert at Festival Park Main Stage - "Fall Hazard"

  • 10:00 PM: Fireworks
• 8:30 PM: Venetian Night Boat Parade "Take me to the river" showcasing dazzling illuminated boats.
• 9:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Venetian Night continues with awards presented at the Festival Park Main Stage at 9:15 PM.
