Racine, WI  – Festival Park wants couples to save the date for a unique and exciting community event! Festival Park is thrilled to announce the inaugural Submarine Race, taking place on April 1st.

"This is an event for the whole community to enjoy," says Patrick Flynn, General Manager at Festival Park. "We welcome everyone, young and old to come down to the lake and watch the submarine races.  We wanted to bring back this beloved tradition and create a fun and memorable experience for everyone. Event Highlights:

• Free Parking & Swag Bags: Arrive after 6 PM and receive a FREE Swag Bag filled with goodies, including a cool windshield blocker, Bumper sticker, and a commemorative T-shirt.
• Pre-Race Festivities:
• Enjoy live music and specialty cocktails featuring Lake Effect Vodka and Ocean Spray at Festival Hall from 6pm to 8:30pm
• Enjoy a special Surf and Turf dinner for two starting at 5pm (Reservation required in advance)
• Take advantage of a dedicated viewing in the Green Room at Festival Park overlooking the lake.
• Thrilling Races: Witness the excitement of the submarine races, a truly unique and captivating spectacle.

• Submarine Race Finals: 9:45 PM

• Free Parking: Available at Festival Hall, Reefpoint Marina, and Shoops Park in Wind Point
