Tater Trot 5K Racine County Race Description
Racine County Deputy Joshua "Tater" LaForge 1st Annual Memorial 5K Run/Walk
Join us for a 5K run/walk in honor of Racine County Deputy Joshua "Tater" LaForge, who tragically passed away on July 4, 2023. Josh served the Racine County community as a Law Enforcement Officer for over 18 years. He first served with the City of Racine as an Officer, Motor Officer, Investigator, and finally Sergeant before moving to the Racine County Sheriff's Office in January of 2023 where he was serving as a Deputy at the time of his passing. This event celebrates Tater's life and service to the community while raising funds to show support for his law enforcement family.
All proceeds from the event will benefit:
- Tater's Law Enforcement family: Providing support to his brothers and sisters in law enforcement through various events.
Together, we can remember Tater's legacy and make a positive impact on the lives of those he cared about.
